How to Make Vegetarian Siew Mai my Way !

Vegetarian Siew Mai
Ingredients 1 ° 500g wonton skin
Ingredients 2 ° 1 turnip medium size,2 taukua(tofu), 500g vegetarian Ham all cut to small pcs ° 300g carrot, peeled and finely shredded/grated, Coriander leaves small pcs ° 3 dried Chinese mushrooms, soaked and finely sliced, 3 stock chye sim cut to small pcs. ° 1½ teaspoons vegetable oil ° ½ teaspoon sugar ° ¼ teaspoon salt, or to taste ° 1 teaspoon light soy sauce, vegeies oyster sauce to taste ° pepper/salt, to taste ° few drops sesame oil ° 1 tablespoon corn flour,2 tablespoon tapioca flour mixed Mixed All Ingredients 2
Method
To wrap siew mai 1. Place a piece of wonton skin in a small container (disposable plastic chilli container for takeaway). Fill with 1 to 1½ teaspoons of filling, giving it a little press . To steam siew mai 1.Steam for 15/20 minutes and remove from the streamer. 2. Serve warm.or cold with chillies or ginger sliced with black vinegar.
